Heat resistant conveyor belt is mainly used for conveying high temperature materials, such as sintered ore, hot coke, cement clinker, hot castings and so on. According to the main performance of the heat resistant belt breaking and even losing conveying ability and different heat resistant level, EPDM or SBR is used as covering rubber; high strength and high permeability polyester canvas or cotton canvas is used as strong layer. Covering rubber and skeleton layer can be supplemented with heat-resistant glass cloth, in order to improve the service life of heat-resistant tapes. According to the requirements of users, it can be made into a ring type belt.

V. Oil resistant conveyor belt

Oil resistant conveyor belt adopts nitrile rubber with high acrylic content as the main material and cotton canvas, nylon canvas or EP canvas as the strong layer. It is suitable for conveying materials containing oil and in contact with various working oil environments (except fuel oil or solvent oil). It has the advantages of low volume change rate, high strength retention rate and wide range of use.

Polyethylene (EP) conveyor belt

Polyester conveyor belt is made of multi-layer polyester (or polyester in the warp direction, polyester amine in the weft direction) canvas bonded together in a certain way, the upper and lower cover rubber with high strength and good elasticity of wear-resistant rubber. It is used for conveying small and medium-sized lumpy/granular/powder materials. It is suitable for medium and long distance, high load and high speed conveying materials.

EP conveyor belt has many advantages of nylon conveyor belt, but also has the unique advantages of small length and no reduction in wet strength. This is especially important for long distance conveyance and wet working conditions.

The strength specifications available for EP canvas are: 100N/mm 125N/mm 150N/mm 200N/mm 250N/mm 300N/mm 400N/mm, etc.

VII. Whole-core flame retardant conveyor belt

The whole-core flame-retardant conveyor belt is made of the whole core impregnated with PVC paste and plasticized or vulcanized, which has the characteristics of high strength, high capacity and balanced transportation, etc. At the same time, the product has good performance of flame retardant, anti-static, impact resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance. This product is mainly used for underground transportation in coal mines and also for material transportation in metallurgical and chemical industries.

The whole-core flame retardant conveyor belt can be divided into PVC type and PVG type. The top and bottom cover layer of PVC type is PVC cover rubber, single side rubber ≥0.8mm, the top and bottom cover layer of PVG type is NBR and PVC, single side thickness is 1.5mm-4.5mm. PVC conveyor belt transport inclination <16o, PVG type conveyor belt transport inclination <20o, both can be used for coal mine uphole and underground transportation. The whole-core flame retardant conveyor belt is mainly used in underground coal mines.

The belt features: no delamination, low elongation, impact resistance and tear resistance. According to the different knots, it can be divided into PVC type (plastic surface) and PVG type (with rubber surface on the basis of PVC) whole-core flame retardant belt, which is in accordance with MT/914-2002 standard. PVC type is suitable for conveying materials under dry conditions at an inclination of less than 16 degrees. PVG type is suitable for conveying wet and watery materials at an inclination of less than 20 degrees-1. Eight, patterned conveyor belt

The patterned conveyor belt is composed of two parts: base belt and pattern. Due to the different materials transported and the different sizes of conveying inclination, the shape and height of pattern are required. Commonly used varieties of patterned conveyor belts are: herringbone patterned conveyor belt, octagonal patterned conveyor belt, herringbone patterned conveyor belt, U-shaped patterned conveyor belt, cylindrical patterned conveyor belt, twist patterned conveyor belt and so on. It is suitable for conveying powder, granular and lumpy materials with an inclination of less than 30 degrees according to customers' requirements.
